How to Create a Public Slideshow

With permission, a user can create a Public Slideshow to share outside of Vidigami. Slideshows are created from Collections (see Collections).

Create Your Slideshow

Start by creating a Collection. Add the photos you want to share. (You can include videos too!)

Next, click on the "flying out arrow" icon. When asked, accept the End User Agreement

acknowledging you are granting public visibility to the content.

You will now see the Slideshow Interface:

After choosing your options, select Next. Then choose to use a Link or Embed Code.

Copy Link:
Generates a new HTML link (URL) for sharing a dynamic Slideshow with viewers outside of Vidigami.  The link can be emailed, or posted on any social media platform, such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Embed Slideshow:

Generates a code for embedding slideshows in web pages, in blog posts, on digital signage software, and in other platforms.

Please remember:

  1. Embedded videos are not supported in Slideshows.
  2. If a member removes their media from Vidigami, that media will be automatically removed from the Slideshow.
  3. If you edit setting of your slideshow, you need to regenerate the URL or Embed code.
