Vidigami school Administrators are allowed to "mark" a photo that requires special use. Unlike Opt-Out, which removes a photo completely from Vidigami viewing, the Media Release options mark the bottom right corner with a small colored triangle. There are four colors:
- Red - No Public Release
- Green - Restricted Media Level 1
- Blue - Restricted Media Level 2
- Orange - Restricted Media Level 3
A school decides which levels to use and what each level means.
To mark a user's photos:
a. Click on the user in the Admin Portal.
b. Scroll down to Media Release Permissions and use the dropdown to select the level.
c. Click Save.
