Understanding My Uploads
Whenever a user uploads media to Vidigami, it is uploaded to their My Uploads area and then immediately shared to the specific container (Page, Album, or Collection).
When a user deletes media from their My Uploads area, they are permanently deleting the media in all the places it lives. In other words, the media is gone. It would need to be reuploaded if needed.
If a Vidigami Admin needs to access a user's My Upload area, they can do this by:
- Going to Vidigami Admin
- Searching for the user
- Clicking on the number to the right of the user's name (under the Photos column).
- This will bring you to their portfolio area. Click on My Uploads. You can these delete media as needed that this user uploaded.
