Logging Into Vidigami

Learn everything you need to ensure access to your Vidigami. This page is intended for everyone who is not a Vidigami admin. 

Note:

If you are a Vidigami admin who is having trouble accessing your account, please contact our support team through the ticket form or reach out directly to help@vidigami.com .

We will walk you through setting up your account for the first time, how to change your password and add/change ways to access Vidigami.

To start with Vidigami, you need to be invited by your Vidigami school admin team. Once invited, you will find options for setting up your account. The way you go about setting up your account depends on whether your Vidigami admin team is requiring you to use your Blackbaud or Veracross websites (SSO).

Below are the two workflows to activate your account: 

  1. General Vidigami Invitations (Non SSO)
  2. Blackbaud/Veracross Invitations (SSO)

General Vidigami Invitations (Non SSO)

Setting Up Your Account: 

1. Receive an Invitation

Upon receiving an invitation email, click the activation link to create your account. 

2. Choose a Login Method

When you get an invitation to join Vidigami, choose your login method.

Options for login method: 

  1. Microsoft
  2. Google
  3. Email and Password
  4. Apple 

If you choose to activate your account with Google, Microsoft, or Apple, you must use this access method each time you log in unless you add additional login methods, see steps below.

Adding Additional Login Methods:

  1. In your Vidigami, navigate to the three dots on the top right. 
  2. Click on the “My Account” tab.
  3. Choose the tab “Sign-in”.
  4. Link another preferred way to access Vidigami.
  5. Save.  
If you do not receive the activation email follow these steps: 
  1. Check your junk or spam folder.
  2. Make sure you are checking the email your school has on file. 
  3. Make sure your school invited you. 

If these steps do not apply, please reach out to your school Vidigami administrator.

Blackbaud/Veracross Invitations (SSO)

First Steps to Log In: 

  1. Receive a notification from your admin team that you are invited into Vidigami.
  2. On your computer, log in to your school portal (Blackbaud or Veracross).
  3. Find your Vidigami indicator, it is usually either a tile or a link.
  4. Click the tile/link, follow the prompts to activate.

Now, you can access your Vidigami through your portal. To ensure you are able to use the app, please follow the steps below. 

Advised Veracross + Blackbaud Next-Steps:

  1. In your Vidigami, navigate to the three dots on the top right. 
  2. Click on the “My Account” tab.
  3. Choose the tab “Sign-in”. 
  4. Link another way to access Vidigami.
    1. Google
    2. Microsoft
    3. Apple
    4. Email + Password
  5. Save. 

Now, you are able to go to your Vidigami through either your school portal or the additional way you added.

When using the app on your mobile device, please use the additional way of logging in.
