Getting Started with Vidigami

This guide covers how to access Vidigami and provides an initial overview of its features. We'll walk you through the essential steps to start using our software effectively.

Gaining Access to Vidigami

To access Vidigami, you must receive an invitation from your school or organization. The Vidigami team will invite your school’s Vidigami administrator(s), who will then extend an email invitation to you.

For Administrators:

If you are an administrator experiencing login difficulties, please reach out to your client success team. You can also complete the support form available here. If you are learning Vidigami independently, refer to our administrator training videos here.

For Users:

Your Vidigami administration team is responsible for sending out invitations. If you have not received an email invitation, please contact a Vidigami administrator.

Receiving an Invitation Email

Upon receiving an invitation email, click the provided link to create your account.

Options for log-in method:

Microsoft
Google
Email and Password
BB or Veracross SSO

We advise that you use one of the first three methods unless your school requires you to use Blackbaud/Veracross Single Sign On. Find a more detailed article on setting up your account here.

Using Vidigami on the Mobile App

This section provides an overview of Vidigami's fundamental features. If you are a Vidigami administrator, please refer to the Vidigami Admin Resources for more specific information.

The Feed

This is the area where you will see the most recent media uploaded in Vidigami. Catch up on your community's latest posts and descriptions.

The Explore

This tab gives you an overview of all the pages in your school community.

From here, you can find each page organized by category to see the media and stories uploaded throughout the year. If your school has been using Vidigami for multiple years, you can also browse your archived pages to revisit past years’ journeys.

My Portfolio

On your left, you will see three things. First, your school logo. Second, your portfolio. Third, a portfolio of your children at the school. Under your school logo, your portfolio is where you are able to see your uploads, your saved images, and more. This area is your personal portfolio to explore. If you have children, you will also have access to their portfolios and see their personal journey.
