Exporting User Data from Vidigami

It is easy to do an export of your users from Vidigami.

  1. Log into Vidigami
  2. Go to Administration under the three dots. (NOTE: Only users with permission will be able to go into the Admin area.)
  3. Click on your school name.
  4. Use filters to select the users you want to export:
    1. If you click the square at the top of the user list, you will get an export of all users in the current year.
    2. If you want to export all users in all years, click on the "x" next to the current year. TIP: If you want users only from specific years, you can add only those years to the Year Group filter.
    3. If you want only specific user types, you can select Students, for example, under the User Type filter.
    4. You can use other filters, or combination of filters as needed to get the group of users you want to export.
  5. Once you have the user list, click on the square at the top. This will select all users in the list.
  6. Click on Export User List that is right above the user list.
  7. Click Download.
  8. Once downloaded, go to your download folder and open the .csv file. You will need Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet application to read it.

NOTE: Depending on how many users you are exporting this process can take several minutes.
